Two years ago, VRT Healthcare Centers, Inc., contracted with Evan Sade of Sade Medicare Consulting to represent VRT in a Medicare review of the number of units billed for diagnostic testing performed.  Evan’s credentials included working with Medicare as a fraud investigator.  He represented VRT in proceedings with Medicare, their selected review company, and subsequent Administrative Law Judge hearings.

VRT had three (3) telephone ALJ hearings with three (3) separate Judges. Because of Evan’s extensive knowledge and understanding of the complicated and on-going process involved, he was instrumental in VRT attaining fully favorable decisions in each of the three (3) hearings.  Each judge ruled that VRT had not overbilled Medicare for diagnostic test units and that Medicare was to immediately return all funds, plus interest, that they had withheld from VRT.
